Joseph is heavily involved in the community and is known for his charitable work on multiple boards and committees including Bellevue LifeSpring and Old Bellevue Merchants Association. He has a passion for coaching and mentoring youth sports and has helped raise forty-eight golden retrievers throughout his marriage, but his biggest passion is spending time with his three daughters and wife of thirty-four years, Randi.

Taylor Brazen Tagge is a detailed-oriented, business-minded broker who brings her experience in hospitality to every transaction. With a client first mentality, Taylor is committed to making sure The Brazens’ clients feel that every step of their home buying or selling process is happening when and how it should be. She believes in not only doing the expected but going above and beyond to make sure every transaction is seamless, enjoyable and exceeds every expectation of The Brazens’ clients. Taylor is passionate about real estate and the clients she gets the privilege of working with.
In 2016, Taylor was recognized as one of 425 Magazine’s 30 Under 30 rising business leaders on the Eastside. Just last year, Taylor was named “Outstanding Rookie” by Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate.

Most importantly, as the youngest Brazen daughter, Taylor will greet each client with a friendly smile and make them feel like they are more than just a client but that they are part of the Brazen family. Having recently become a wife and a homeowner herself, Taylor knows firsthand what it’s like to go through a big life change such as buying or selling a home. Prior to her career in real estate, Taylor graduated cum laude from Foster School of Business with a degree in accounting.
Randi Brazen has been a consultant for buyers and sellers alike for the past twenty-three years. She has made it her absolute passion to hold her clients’ hands through every major (and sometimes scary) step of their real estate process. To Randi, her husband Joseph and daughter Taylor, new clients are like family and she will stop at nothing to make sure The Brazens’ clients feel understood, supported and fulfilled through the entire process.
For sellers getting their homes ready for the market, Randi loves helping to ensure their listings are market-ready - not in a typical cookie cutter fashion, but by maximizing their home’s existing character and charm. Randi will assist in all walks of getting a home market ready including decluttering, purging, repurposing items, assisting in staging and even coordinating the work of minor repairs both inside and with overall landscaping maintenance.
For buyers, whether they are moving into a new neighborhood or relocating across country, Randi takes great pride in having the responsibility of seeing them through their transition. After relocating to Bellevue, Washington with three young daughters and no local family or friends, Randi knows firsthand the terrifying and sometimes lonely challenges of moving. While it can be fun and exciting, she recognizes it’s not always that way and strives to be a friend and neighborhood resource for The Brazens’ clients however they need it most.
Now working and living full-time in the Bellevue and the Eastside communities for nearly three decades, Randi is an expert on the area. She knows everything from the neighborhood dynamics and school districts, to the best grocery stores or places to take yoga classes. She can tell you the best spot to get your hair done, or sign your children up for little league sports. She has been a serving member of the community for so long and loves being that resource for her clients.
