Joseph Brazen is one of the most experienced real estate brokers in Bellevue and the Eastside. With 40+ years selling thousands of properties, Joseph is recognized for his amazing market knowledge, award winning marketing and client satisfaction. Joseph is heavily involved in helping Bellevue and Eastside communities. Known for being a giver, Joseph dedicates his time and knowledge to multiple Boards including Bellevue LifeSpring, Old Bellevue Merchants Association, Bellevue Chamber, and was recently elected to the Medina City Council. In recent years, Joseph was awarded “Best Luxury Brand Integration” by Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate

But Joseph’s biggest passion is spending time with his three daughters and sons-in-law, six grandchildren and wife of thirty-eight years, Randi.

Randi has been consulting buyers and sellers for the last 32 years, holding their hands through every major step of the way as their personal real estate concierge.

She helps our sellers whether it’s decluttering, purging, repurposing items around your home, assisting in the staging, or coordinating the work of minor repairs, landscaping or maintenance issues.

For buyers moving into a new neighborhood or relocating across country, Randi becomes your personal Chamber of Commerce. Relocating to Bellevue with three young daughters and no local family or friends, Randi knows first hand that although moving can be fun and exciting, it can also be terrifying and sometimes lonely as well. Having worked, lived, and served Bellevue and the Eastside communities for over three decades, Randi knows the local neighborhoods, the public schools, the grocery stores, where to take yoga classes, where to get your hair done and how to sign your kids up for little league sports. From initial contact with The Brazens to the day of closing, Taylor manages each home sale or purchase with unwavering dedication and precision. Taylor places great importance on keeping clients well-informed and updated at every stage of the process by providing clients with a comprehensive set of resources including pre-listing, listing, and escrow checklists, buyer sheets, and transaction management files.

Recently becoming a wife, mother, and a homeowner herself, Taylor knows firsthand what it’s like to go through a big life change such as buying or selling a home. Whether clients are looking to downsize and sell or move into their dream property, Taylor's goal is to guide them through the paperwork, appointments, and meetings with ease.

Before embarking on her real estate career, Taylor graduated cum laude from the University of Washington Foster School of Business with a degree in accounting.
